Terms of use.

These terms of use define the conditions of access to and use of the mbrsignature.ma website (the "Website"), operated under the trade name MBR Signature. Consulting the Website implies compliance with these terms.

Consulting the Website is free of charge, excluding any connection costs. MBR Signature strives to ensure it works properly, without guaranteeing permanent or uninterrupted access. Access may be interrupted in particular for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

The Website presents the activities of MBR Signature: real estate development, residential and commercial construction, renovation, refurbishment and extension, Property Management in Marrakech (including short-term rentals and concierge services), real estate transactions and Advisory.

Descriptions of services, areas served and visuals are provided for information only. They constitute neither a firm contractual offer nor personalised legal, tax or financial advice. The characteristics of any service are defined directly with the client and, where appropriate, set out in a separate agreement.

The forms allow visitors to present their request or project. Users undertake to provide accurate information and not to use these spaces for unlawful, abusive or advertising purposes.

Sending a request does not, by itself, create a contract or an obligation to provide a service. The processing of the data provided is described in the Privacy policy.

The Website's concierge offers browsing assistance and general automated answers. Its answers are indicative and do not replace a direct conversation with an MBR Signature representative.

The elements of the Website are protected by intellectual property rules. Their use is subject to the conditions set out in the Legal notice.

The Website may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp and social networks. Their use is governed by each service's own terms and policies. MBR Signature has no control over their content or operation.

MBR Signature takes care over the quality of the information published and the proper functioning of the Website. Errors, omissions or unavailability may nevertheless occur. Its liability remains subject to the applicable legal provisions; nothing in these terms deprives users of the rights granted to them by law.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Website or to regulations. The version available online is the one in force on the date of consultation.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties are invited to seek an amicable solution before referring the matter to the legally competent courts.
